Can Canada survive the trade war?

Jean Philippe Fournier is currently vice president at Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm. He previously served as a policy advisor to Québec’s minister of finance from 2018 to 2022.

On March 4, hours after the U.S. implemented 25 per cent tariffs on Canadian imports, Canadian Affairs reporter Samuel Forster spoke with Fournier about the implications of the rapidly evolving trade war and ways to remove interprovincial trade barriers.
